What does the free website review include?
A short, limited look at your site where I note a few practical improvement opportunities and discuss your priorities. It is not a full audit and does not include free fixes. Any work after that is a clearly scoped, paid task.
Which platforms do you support?
Mainly WordPress and WooCommerce. I also handle product, layout, and content updates on Shopify stores. If your site runs on something else, send me the address and I will tell you honestly whether I can help.
How much does website maintenance cost?
Month-to-month plans start at $79 per month (Essential Care), with Website Care Plus at $129 and Website Operations at $199. Each plan includes 5 hours of work per month for updates, fixes, and small tasks. A one-time Website Health Check & Fix is typically $75–$125, depending on scope.
What happens if I need more than 5 hours in a month?
Extra time on any service is charged at $20 per hour. Unused monthly hours do not roll over.
Do you offer unlimited or 24/7 support?
No. Each plan includes 5 hours per month and defined support boundaries. I reply on business days by email or WhatsApp. Emergency work is quoted separately.
What is not included in the plans?
Major redesigns, paid plugin or theme licences, malware recovery, and emergency work are quoted separately.
Can you guarantee higher rankings or a specific PageSpeed score?
No. I check technical SEO basics and make practical speed improvements, but results depend on your site, hosting, content, and competition, so I never promise rankings or scores.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. I’m based in Karachi and work with small businesses in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other countries, mainly by email and WhatsApp.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month.
